Abstract: In order to give full play to the advantages of digital metallographic image which can be processed digitally, the panoramic photo mosaic, focus fusion, print size calibration, scale addition, measurement, quantitative metallography and batch processing were carried out for metallographic image by using Adobe Photoshop software. The results show that the metallographic images processed by Adobe Photoshop software can better presented the metal microstructure, and Adobe Photoshop software can effectively improved the processing efficiency of metallographic images.
