    低成本船用EH36高强钢板的研制及其性能

    Development of Low Cost EH36 High Strength Steel Plate for Ship and Its Properties

    • 摘要: 不添加价格昂贵的铌、钒元素,仅在C-Mn钢成分体系上添加钛元素细化晶粒,采用热机械控制工艺研制出低成本的船用EH36高强钢板,并对其力学性能、显微组织等进行了分析。结果表明:该船用EH36高强钢板成本较原来低,其性能满足标准要求,且强度和韧性均有较大的富余量;经人工应变时效后,其低温冲击韧性仍较好;经两种热输入焊接后,其焊接接头的力学性能均满足母材性能的要求,且富余量较大,说明其具有优越的焊接性能。

       

      Abstract: Instead of added expensive Nb and V elements, only added Ti element to the C-Mn steel to refine the grain size, and low cost EH36 high strength steel plate for ship was developed by thermo mechanical control process, and its mechanical properties and microstructure were analyzed. The results show that the cost of the EH36 high strength steel plate for ship was lower than that of the original, its properties met the requirements of the standard, and its strength and toughness have a large margin. After artificial strain aging, the low temperature impact toughness was still good. After two kinds of heat input welding, the mechanical properties of the welded joint met the requirements of the base metal, and the margin was large, which show that it had superior weldability.
