    铝碳滑板砖在不同浸液中的体积密度和显气孔率

    Bulk Density and Apparent Porosity of Aluminum Carbon Slide Gate Brick in Different Immersion Solution

    • 摘要: 分别在工业纯煤油和自来水中对HBLT-70铝碳滑板砖的体积密度和显气孔率进行了测定。结果表明:以工业纯煤油作浸液测得的显气孔率比以自来水作浸液测得的结果高约7.6%,但体积密度的测定结果二者基本没有差别。工业纯煤油对石墨的浸润性比自来水对石墨的浸润性高,因此HBLT-70铝碳滑板砖在工业纯煤油中的浸渍饱和程度更高。

       

      Abstract: The bulk density and apparent porosity of HBLT-70 alumina carbon slide gate brick were determined in industrial pure kerosene and tap water respectively. The results show that the apparent porosity determined by using industrial pure kerosene as impregnating solution was 7. 6% higher than that of tap water. However, there was no difference in the results of bulk density determinaiton. The wettability of industrial pure kerosene to graphite was higher than that of tap water, so the impregnation saturation degree of HBLT-70 alumina carbon slide gate brick in industrial pure kerosene was higher.
