Abstract: The metallographic samples of nodular cast iron, carbon steel, white cast iron, centrifugal casting Babbitt alloy and other materials were prepared by domestic automatic metallographic sample preparation equipment. The results show that the metallographic samples prepared by the metallographic sample preparation equipment controlled by the automatic program had good quality and rapid preparation speed. Which can met the needs of mass sample preparation of enterprises, and had high work efficiency.
