    某油井抽油杆腐蚀原因

    Cause of Corrosion on Sucker Rod of an Oil Well

    • 摘要: 某油井抽油杆表面出现点状和坑状腐蚀现象,通过化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析和离子光谱分析等方法,对抽油杆的腐蚀原因进行了分析。结果表明:该井采出液中水溶解氧及硫化氢含量较高,导致抽油杆发生了氧腐蚀和硫化氢腐蚀;氯离子含量较高加速了腐蚀反应的进行。

       

      Abstract: Spot and pit corrosion was found on the surface of the sucker rod in an oil well. The causes of corrosion on sucker rod were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope analysis, energy spectrum analysis and ion spectrum analysis. The results show that the high content dissolved oxygen and hydrogen sulfide in produced fluid of the well led to oxygen corrosion and hydrogen sulfide corrosion of sucker rod. The higher content of chloride ion accelerated corrosion reaction.
