    自润滑关节轴承的静载荷试验与热处理工艺改进

    Static Load Test and Heat Treatment Process Improvement of Self-Lubricating Joint Bearing

    • 摘要: 自润滑关节轴承EN3048S20在进行轴向静载荷试验中,变形量超过标准允许值。通过对时效温度的调节和试验过程的有限元分析后重新进行了静载荷试验。结果表明:由于外圈材料05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢的强度偏低,局部应力偏大,导致变形量超标。当外圈材料的时效温度为550 ℃时,材料的硬度和强度明显提升,轴承的轴向承载能力满足标准的要求。

       

      Abstract: The deformation of self-lubricating joint bearing EN3048S20 exceeded the allowable value of standard in axial static load test. After adjusting aging temperature and finite element analysis of test process, the static load test was carried out again. The results show that the strength of the outer ring material 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel was low and the local stress was large, which led to the deformation exceeding the standard. When the aging temperature of the outer ring material was 550 ℃, the hardness and strength of the material were obviously improved, and the axial bearing capacity of the bearing met the requirements of standard.
