    3种汽车大梁钢轴向加载低周疲劳性能的比较

    Comparison of Low Cycle Fatigue Properties for Three Automobile Frame Steels Under Axial Loading

    • 摘要: 对TCX420L,TCX510L,TCX610L 3种汽车大梁钢进行轴向加载低周疲劳性能测试,得到了材料的应变-寿命曲线、循环应力-应变曲线及疲劳参数,并对大梁钢的循环材料特性、玛辛(Masing)特性及过渡疲劳寿命等性能进行了分析。结果表明:TCX420L钢循环材料特性表现为先软化再硬化,TCX510L钢表现为先软化再硬化再软化,而TCX610L钢则表现为一直软化;TCX420L钢和TCX510L钢为非Masing材料,TCX610L钢为Masing材料;3种大梁钢中其抗拉强度越高,疲劳寿命就越低。

       

      Abstract: The low cycle fatigue properties of TCX420L,TCX510L,TCX610L automobile frame steels under axial loading were tested, the strain-life curve, cyclic stress-strain curve and fatigue performance parameters of the materials were obtained. And the cyclic material properties, Masing characteristics and transition fatigue life of the girder steel were analyzed. The results show that the cyclic material property of TCX420L steel is softening and then hardening, TCX510L steel is softening, hardening and softening, while TCX610L steel is softening all the time. TCX420L steel and TCX510L steel are Non-Mashing materials, but TCX610L steel is Mashing material. The higher the tensile strength, the lower the transition fatigue life of three frame steels.
