摘要: 某厂生产的40Cr钢轮毂螺栓在车削过程中出现小批量断裂事故。采用断口分析、化学成分分析、金相检验及硬度测试等方法,对轮毂螺栓的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:轮毂螺栓在加热炉中发生局部过烧,使得该部位的晶间结合力降低,导致螺栓在车削过程中发生脆性断裂。Abstract: A small number of fracture accidents occurred in the turning process of 40Cr steel hub bolts produced by a factory. The fracture causes of the hub bolts were analyzed by means of fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and hardness test. The results show that the hub bolts were burned locally in the heating furnace, which reduced the intergranular adhesion of this part, and caused brittle fracture of the bolts in the turning process.
