    焊接模拟参数对Q960EQP钢焊接热模拟试验结果的影响

    Influence of Welding Simulation Parameters on Welding Thermal Simulation Test Results of Q960EQP Steel

    • 摘要: 使用Gleeble3800热模拟试验机,研究了焊接模拟参数对Q960EQP钢焊接热模拟试验结果的影响。结果表明:预热温度、峰值温度、焊接线能量和板厚参数是影响焊接热模拟试验结果的主要参数;峰值温度保温时间对试样的冲击性能有一定的影响,但不改变热模拟试验后的试样显微组织类型;升温速度对试样的力学性能和显微组织影响很小;试样跨度影响试样的极限冷却速度,进行快速冷却试验时,对试验结果影响很大。

       

      Abstract: The influence of welding simulation parameters on the welding thermal simulation test results of Q960EQP steel was studied by using Gleeble3800 thermal simulation test machine. The results show that preheating temperature, peak temperature, welding line energy and plate thickness parameter were the main parameters that affect the results of welding thermal simulation test. The peak temperature holding time had a certain influence on the impact performance of the sample, but did not change the microstructure type of the sample after thermal simulation test. The heating rate had little affect on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the sample. The sample span affect the ultimate cooling speed of the sample, and it had a great influence on the test results when the rapid cooling test was carried out.
