    含钛高熵合金中氮元素的电子探针微区分析技术

    Electron Probe Microanalysis Method for N Element in Ti Containing High Entropy Alloy

    • 摘要: 电子探针微区分析技术在应用ZAF修正法(原子序数修正Z、吸收修正A、荧光修正F)定量分析含钛高熵合金中氮元素的含量时,氮元素会因为受到钛元素特征X射线的干扰而存在测不准的情况。通过对标准样品Ti,BN,TiN元素含量的测试计算出干扰峰校正因子α,然后利用该因子对ZAF测试结果进行修正。结果表明:干扰峰校正法能够准确测量含钛高熵合金析出相中氮元素的含量。该方法也可以在分析其他存在干扰峰的样品中推广应用。

       

      Abstract: When the electron probe microanalysis is used to quantitatively analyze the content of N in Ti containing high entropy alloy by ZAF correction method (atoimc number correction Z, absorption correction A, fluorescence correction F), N element will be uncertain because of the interference of Ti element characteristic X-ray. The interference peak correction factor α was calculated by test of element content in Ti, BN, TiN standard samples, and then the ZAF test results were corrected by using this factor. The results show that the N content in precipitates of Ti containing high entropy alloy could be measured by interference peak correction accurately. This method can be widely used in other samples with interference peaks.
