    车用铸造铝合金化学成分直读光谱测试中的取样问题

    Sampling Problems in Direct Reading Spectrum Test for Chemical Composition of Automotive Cast Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 对车用铸造铝合金原材料的质量检验一般需测试化学成分及拉伸性能。采用直读光谱仪测试了在不同截面取样的化学成分。结果表明:铸造铝合金试样内部的不可见缺陷会影响试验结果;对试样不同取样方向的截面进行测试,可以避免铸造铝合金内不可见缺陷的影响,从而提高测试结果的准确性。

       

      Abstract: Chemical composition and tensile properties of raw materials for automobile casting aluminum alloy are generally required to be tested for quality inspection. The chemical compositions of samples at different sections were analyzed by direct reading spectrometer. The results show that the invisible defects in cast aluminum alloy samples could affect test results. Accuracy of test results could be improved by testing the cross sections of samples with different sampling directions to avoid influence of invisible defects in cast aluminum alloy.
