    锅炉水冷壁管防腐超音速喷涂涂层关键质量指标及其影响因素

    Key Quality Indexes and Influencing Factors of Supersonic Spraying Coating for Boiler Water Wall Tubes

    • 摘要: 某电厂采用超音速电弧喷涂技术在锅炉水冷壁管向火面喷涂防腐涂层,为评判防腐涂层在水冷壁高温、高应力环境下的适用性,通过化学成分分析、微观分析和力学性能测试等方法,结合现场实际工况和失效案例,对涂层质量进行检验和分析。结果表明:涂层厚度、含氧量、含铁量、孔隙率及变形极限是决定涂层防腐能力的关键指标;喷涂速度、喷涂用丝材成分、丝材用量和喷涂角度是这些指标的关键影响因素。

       

      Abstract: Supersonic arc spraying technology was used by a power plant to spray anticorrosion coating on the fire surface of boiler water wall tubes. In order to evaluate the applicability of anticorrosive coating in high temperature and high stress environment of water wall, the coating quality was examined and analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, microscopic analysis and mechanical property test, combined with actual working conditions and failure cases. The results show that the coating thickness, oxygen content, iron content, porosity and deformation limit are the key indexes to determine the corrosion resistance of coating. Spraying speed, spray wire composition, wire amount and spraying angle are the key influencing factors of these indexes.
