    核电厂低压进汽导管法兰螺栓断裂原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Fracture of Flange Bolts of Low Pressure Steam Inlet Pipe in Nuclear Power Plant

    • 摘要: 某核电厂低压进汽导管法兰螺栓在拆卸时发生断裂,采用化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验、断口分析、螺栓受力分析等方法对螺栓的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:螺栓螺母硬度不匹配使得该低压进汽导管法兰螺栓咬死,拆卸过程中在过大的扭转剪切力作用下螺栓发生了韧性断裂。

       

      Abstract: The flange bolts of low pressure steam inlet pipe fractured during disassembly in a nuclear power plant. The fracture causes of the bolts were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic examination, fracture analysis and stress analysis. The results show that the hardness mismatch between the bolts and the nuts caused the flange bolts of the low pressure steam inlet pipe to bite. In the process of disassembly, under the action of excessive torsional shear force, the bolts had ductile fracture.
