    某铸钢件液态金属助裂(LMAC)形成原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Liquid Metal Assisted Cracking (LMAC) in a Steel Casting

    • 摘要: 对鱼腹式索网结构特大体育场U型接头和锥形接头铸钢件表面液态金属助裂(LMAC)产生原因进行了分析。介绍了铸钢件表面LMAC的概念及形成原因,并从钢结构设计、铸钢件材料选择、钢构件加工、钢构件热镀锌等4个方面提出预防和降低LMAC的措施。如果选用碳当量较高的材料,或是选用设计及加工过程中会产生较高内应力的材料,建议采用冷喷锌或油漆等防腐措施而非选用热镀锌来进行防腐。

       

      Abstract: The causes of liquid metal assisted cracking (LMAC) in a steel casting surface of U-joint and cone-shaped joint of fish tail cable net structure super stadium were analyzed. The concept of LMAC on the steel casting surface and the reasons for its formation were introduced. The measures to prevent and reduce LMAC were put forward from four aspects of steel structure design, steel casting material selection, steel member processing and steel member hot galvanizing. If the material with high carbon equivalent or the material with high internal stress in the process of design, it is recommended to adopt anti-corrosion measures such as cold spraying zinc or paint instead of hot galvanizing for anti-corrosion.
