    制样参数对聚丙烯透明料雾度的影响

    Effect of Sample Preparation Parameters on Haze of Polypropylene Transparent Material

    • 摘要: 以无规共聚聚丙烯透明料为例,采用正交试验方法,研究了制样参数对聚丙烯透明料雾度的影响,并以此为标准确定了最佳的制样参数。结果表明:影响雾度的主要制样参数分别为注射压力、注射速度、模具温度、熔体温度。最佳制样参数为注射压力75 MPa,注射速度40 mm·s-1,模具温度40 ℃,熔体温度200 ℃。

       

      Abstract: Taking random copolymerized polypropylene transparent material as an example, the influence of sample preparation parameters on haze of polypropylene transparent material was determined by orthogonal test method, and the best sample preparation parameters were determined. The results show that the main parameters affecting haze were injection pressure, injection speed, mold temperature and melt temperature. The best sample preparation parameters were injection pressure 75 MPa, injection speed 40 mm·s-1, mold temperature 40 ℃, melt temperature 200 ℃.
