    热防护板法导热系数能力验证样品的制备工艺参数

    Preparation Process Parameters of Proficiency Testing Sample for Guarded Hot Plate Apparatus Thermal Conductivity

    • 摘要: 研究了动态水热反应过程中硅钙比、反应温度、反应时间、水固比和均化速率等工艺参数对硬硅钙石料浆的影响规律,确定了硅钙比、反应温度、反应时间、水固比和均化速率等工艺参数。在该工艺参数下制备防护热板法导热系数能力验证样品,并对其均匀性和稳定性进行检验。结果表明:用此参数制备的样品的均匀性和稳定性都符合能力验证样品的要求,该样品可用于评估试验室防护热板法导热系数的检测能力。

       

      Abstract: The effects of process parameters such as silicon-calcium ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, water-solid ratio and homogenization speed on the xonotlite slurry during dynamic hydrothermal reaction were studied. The process parameters such as silicon-calcium ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, water-solid ratio and homogenization speed were determined. The proficiency testing sample of guarded hot plate apparatus thermal conductivity were prepared with the preparation process parameters, and the uniformity and stability were tested. The results show that the uniformity and stability of the sample prepared by this paramenter meet the requirements of the proficiency testing sample, which can be used to evaluate the test ability of guarded hot plate apparatus thermal conductivity in laboratory.
