    气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备电压互感器击穿放电故障原因

    Cause on Disruptive Discharge Fault of GIS Potential Transformer

    • 摘要: 为保证气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)的安全运行,对GIS用电压互感器(PT)现场运行中发生的击穿放电故障进行了分类分析。通过研究每种类型PT击穿放电故障的生产、现场安装及运行条件等,得出引起PT击穿放电故障的主要因素有油类污染、铁芯夹带异物、微量水分、杂质以及铁磁谐振等,并制定了相应的工艺控制措施,以期提高PT产品的使用可靠性。

       

      Abstract: In order to ensure the safe operation of GIS, the disruptive discharge faults on site operation of potential transformer (PT) for GIS was classified and analyzed. The production, field installation and operation conditions of each type of PT disruptive discharge fault was studied, the results show that the main factors of PT disruptive discharge fault were oil pollution, foreign matters in iron core, microscale water content, impurities and ferroresonance. And in order to improve the operational reliability of PT products, the corresponding process control measures were formulated.
