    核电站主蒸汽管道阻尼器延长杆的断裂原因

    Fracture Cause of Damper Extension Rod on Main Steam Pipeline of a Nuclear Power Plant

    • 摘要: 某核电站主蒸汽管道阻尼器延长杆在使用过程中发生断裂。通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测试及断口分析等方法,对延长杆断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:延长杆的断裂模式为疲劳断裂,延长杆螺纹质量差且在运行过程中承受了较高的应力水平是导致其疲劳断裂的主要原因,强度偏低也在一定程度上促进了疲劳裂纹的形成和扩展。

       

      Abstract: A damper extension rod on the main steam pipeline of a nuclear power plant fractured during use. The fracture causes of extension rod were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical property test and fracture analysis. The results show that the fracture mode of extension rod was fatigue fracture. The main cause of fatigue fracture was that the quality of extension rod thread was poor and it bore high stress level during operation, and the low strength also promoted the formation and expansion of fatigue cracks in extension rod to a certain extent.
