    30CrMnSiA钢激光再制造件的性能

    Properties of Laser Remanufactured Parts of 30CrMnSiA Steel

    • 摘要: 采用手工激光堆焊技术对预置一定尺寸缺陷的30CrMnSiA钢试样进行再制造,并对其进行了拉伸、冲击和旋转弯曲疲劳试验。结果表明:激光再制造试样的冲击性能和拉伸性能与原始状态材料试样的基本一致,但激光再制造试样的旋转弯曲疲劳寿命只有原始状态材料试样的约20%。断口分析发现疲劳裂纹源均产生在堆焊层,数量随着应力水平的增加而增多。

       

      Abstract: The 30CrMnSiA steel sample with preset size defect was remanufactured by manual laser surfacing technology, and its tensile, impact and rotary bending fatigue tests were carried out. The results show that the impact and tensile properties of laser remanufactured samples were basically the same as those of the original material samples, but the fatigue life of the laser remanufactured samples was only about 20% of that the original material samples. The fracture analysis shows that the fatigue crack sources were all produced in the hardfacing layer, and the quantity increase with the increase of stress level.
