    ER307Si不锈钢盘条拉拔后钢丝龟裂原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Cracking of Steel Wire after Drawing ER307Si Stainless Steel Wire Rod

    • 摘要: 某ER307Si不锈钢盘条拉拔后部分钢丝出现龟裂现象。通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测试等方法对钢丝龟裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:盘条在固溶处理过程中,固溶炉控温精度不达标,导致盘条固溶效果不佳,整体硬度分布不均匀;轧线导卫板使用不当导致盘条出现划痕。盘条表面划痕及硬度分布不均,是造成盘条拉拔后钢丝龟裂的主要原因。

       

      Abstract: Some steel wire cracked after drawing ER307Si stainless steel wire rod. The cracking causes of steel wire were analyzed by macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and mechanical property test. The results show that the temperature control accuracy of wire rod in solution treatment was not up to standard, which resulted in poor solution effect and uneven hardness distribution of wire rod. The improper use of guide plate in rolling line resulted in scratches on wire rod. The surface scratches and uneven hardness distribution of wire rod were the main causes of steel wire cracking after drawing.
