    某核电机组柴油机紧固螺柱断裂原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Fracture of Fastening Stud of Diesel Engine in a Nuclear Power Unit

    • 摘要: 某核电机组柴油机紧固螺柱在回装过程中发生断裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、扫描电镜分析和能谱分析等方法对螺柱断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于螺柱材料淬火温度控制不正确、淬火冷速不合适,导致螺柱中形成了淬火裂纹,在回装过程中的安装扭矩作用下,螺柱在淬火裂纹处发生一次性过载断裂。

       

      Abstract: The fastening stud of diesel engine in a nuclear power unit broke during reassembly. The causes of stud fracture were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness test, scanning electron microscope analysis and energy disperse spectroscopy analysis. The results show that the quenching crack was formed in stud due to the improper quenching temperature control and the improper quenching speed. Under the action of the installation torque in the process of reassembly, one-time overload fracture occured at the quenching crack of stud.
