    某油井L80钢油管腐蚀穿孔失效分析

    Failure Analysis on Corrosion and Perforation of L80 Steel Oil Pipe of an Oil Well

    • 摘要: 某油井L80钢油管存在多处腐蚀并穿孔。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、能谱分析、物相分析等方法对油管腐蚀穿孔的原因进行了分析。结果表明:L80钢油管在CO2腐蚀、H2S腐蚀和垢下腐蚀综合作用下,在油管外壁形成不致密腐蚀产物,酸化作用后的残酸中含有的H+、Cl-、F-等离子加速了腐蚀进程,在油管外壁形成腐蚀坑,当油管的管壁被腐蚀后,在油井液柱压力的作用下,疏松的腐蚀产物脱落,油管就形成了腐蚀孔直至腐蚀出现穿孔。

       

      Abstract: There were many corrosion and perforation in L80 steel oil pipe of an oil well. By means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, energy spectrum analysis and phase analysis, the causes of oil pipe corrosion and perforation were analyzed. The results show that under the combined action of CO2 corrosion, H2S corrosion and under-deposit corrosion, the outer wall of L80 steel oil pipe formed non dense corrosion products, the H+, Cl-, F- contained in residual acid after acidification accelerated the corrosion process, and corrosion pits were formed on the outer wall of oil pipe. After the pipe wall of the oil pipe was corroded, under the action of the fluid column pressure of the oil well, the loose corrosion products fell off, and corrosion holes in the pipe were formed until the corrosion was perforated.
