    热重分析仪检定/校准过程中的测量不确定度评定

    Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation on Verification/Calibration Process of Thermogravimetric Analyzer

    • 摘要: 根据JJF 1059.1-2012和JJG 1135-2017对热重分析仪(TGA)检定/校准过程中的测量不确定度进行了评定。结果表明:TGA检定/校准过程中带有差示扫描量热仪的TGA温度示值误差的扩展不确定度为0.70℃(k=2),单纯TGA温度示值误差的扩展不确定度为1.80℃(k=2),质量示值误差的扩展不确定度为12 μg (k=2)。

       

      Abstract: According to JJF 1059.1-2012 and JJG 1135-2017, the measurement uncertainty in the verification/calibration process of thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) were evaluated. The results show that the expanded uncertainty of temperature indication error of TGA with differential scanning calorimeter during TGA verification/calibration process was 0.70℃ (k=2). The expanded uncertainty of temperature indication error of TGA was 1.80℃ (k=2). The expanded uncertainty of mass indication error was 12 μg (k=2).
