    β型钛合金相变温度的新型金相测试方法

    New Metallographic Test Method of Phase Transformation Temperatures of β-titanium Alloy

    • 摘要: 根据钛合金的相变理论,建立了β型钛合金材料相变温度的新测试方法。首先对合金试样进行预热处理,在理论相变温度以上30~50℃保温40 min炉冷至650℃后空冷。然后按照GB/T 23605-2009测试相变温度,晶界板条α体积分数小于1%和等于0%的温度区间即为β型钛合金相变温度区间。TC18,TB6,TB3,TB8钛合金相变温度的测试结果表明该方法切实可行,弥补了标准测试法方法的不足。

       

      Abstract: According to the phase transition theory of titanium alloy, a new test method for phase transformation temperature of β-titanium alloy material was established. Samples were preheated and kept 30-50℃ above the theoretical phase transformation temperature for 40 minutes, cooled in the furnace to 650℃, and cooled in air. Phase transformation temperature was tested according to GB/T 23605-2009, the temperature range of plate-like α volume fraction less than 1% and equal to 0% was phase transformation temperature range of β-titanium alloy. The test results of phase transformation temperature of TC18, TB6, TB3, TB8 titanium alloy showed that the new method was feasible and made up for the deficiency of standard test method.
