    不同方法测量截面积求铜合金圆导线电阻系数的不确定度评定

    Uncertainty Evaluation on Resistivity of Round Wires of Copper Alloy by Measuring Sectional Area with Different Methods

    • 摘要: 对铜合金圆导线截面积分别用称重法和计算法进行了测量,通过试验分别评定了利用该两种方法求铜合金圆导线试样电阻系数的标准测量不确定度。结果表明:称重法测得的截面积和电阻系数扩展不确定度均大于计算法所得的结果;对于尺寸偏差符合标准要求的圆导线,使用计算法测量截面积获得的电阻系数结果更为可靠。

       

      Abstract: The sectional area of round wires of copper alloy were measured by weighing method and calculation method respectively. The standard measurement uncertainty of resistivity used by these two methods of round wires of copper alloy specimens was evaluated by experiments. The results show that sectional area and expanded uncertainty of resistivity measured by weighing method were greater than that measured by calculation method. For round wires whose dimensional deviations meet the standard requirements, the results of resistivity obtained by using calculation method to measure sectional area were more reliable.
