    某化工厂自备电站锅炉水冷蒸发屏爆管原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Tube Bursting of Water-cooled Evaporating Screen of Boiler in a Chemical Plant Power Station

    • 摘要: 某化工厂自备电站锅炉内水冷蒸发屏钢管多次发生爆管,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、微观分析、垢层分析、X射线衍射分析和水气质量分析等方法分析了其爆管原因。结果表明:水气指标超标造成水冷蒸发屏钢管内壁结垢,而锅炉给水中氧元素浓度长期严重超标引起垢下氧腐蚀、氯离子及氧腐蚀,在周期性应力的作用下,钢管内壁形成裂纹且裂纹不断加深,最终导致爆管。

       

      Abstract: The steel tube of water-cooled evaporation screen in a boiler of a power plant had bursted for several times. The causes of tube bursting were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, microscopic analysis, scale layer analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis and water vapor quality analysis. The results show that scale formation on the inner wall of steel tube of water-cooled evaporation screen caused by water vapor target exceeding the standard, and the oxygen concentration in furnace feed water was seriously exceeded for a long time, which caused the oxygen corrosion under the scale, chloride ion corrosion and oxygen corrosion. Under the action of periodic stress, the cracks were formed on the inner wall of steel tube and deepened continuously, which eventually led to the tube explosion.
