    一种汽车板锌镀层特性的智能检测方法

    An Intelligent Detection Method for Zinc Coating Characteristics of Automobile Plate

    • 摘要: 在进行汽车板锌镀层特性检测时,人工检测工作效率低、失误概率高且安全性差。通过增配机器人、计算机视觉自动识别系统、刻码系统、扫码系统等自动化设备,实现生产线的全自动化和汽车板锌镀层特性的智能检测。结果表明:该智能检测方法不仅可提高工作效率,还能降低质量风险,有效提高检测质量。

       

      Abstract: In the detection of zinc coating characteristics of automobile plate, manual detection has low work efficiency, high probability of error and poor safety. By adding robots, computer vision automatic identification system, code engraving system, code scanning system and other automatic equipment, the full automation of the production line and the intelligent detection of the zinc coating characteristics of automobile plate could be realized. The results show that the intelligent detection method can not only improve the work efficiency, but also reduce the quality risk and effectively improve the detection quality.
