    高温共焦激光扫描显微镜在钢铁原位组织观察中的应用

    Application of High Temperature Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope in Observation of In-situ Structure of Steel

    • 摘要: 简介了高温共焦激光扫描显微镜(CLSM)的基本结构和成像原理。针对其可进行高温下实时观察和记录的特点对YF45MnV非调质钢和12L14易切削钢进行了原位组织观察。结果表明:CLSM 可清晰记录YF45MnV非调质钢在不同温度下的奥氏体晶粒变化情况以及12L14易切削钢液相→高温铁素体→奥氏体的相变过程;确定了YF45MnV非调质钢的奥氏体晶粒粗化温度为1 220 ℃;12L14易切削钢凝固过程中,奥氏体形核于铁素体相的三叉晶界处,初始为薄片状,后沿铁素体相晶界呈胞状或拇指状发展并迅速长大。

       

      Abstract: The basic configuration and imaging principle of high temperature confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) were described. According to the characteristics of real-time observation and recording under high temperature, observation of in-situ structure of YF45MnV non-quenched and tempered steel and 12L14 free cutting steel was carried out. The results show that austenite grain changes of YF45MnV non-quenched and tempered steel at different temperatures and transition process from liquid phase→high temperature ferrite→austenite in 12L14 free cutting steel could be recorded clearly through CLSM. Austenite grain coarsening temperature of YF45MnV non-quenched and tempered steel was 1 220℃. In solidification process of 12L14 free cutting steel, austenite nucleated at the trigeminal grain boundary of ferrite phase, which initially was in sheet shape, and then developed rapidly in cellulation or thumb shape along the grain boundary of ferrite phase.
