    FPSO生产水闪蒸罐A底部出口管线盲封头穿孔原因分析

    Cause Analysis of Perforation on the Blind Head of Bottom Exit Pipeline of FPSO Flash Tank A for Production Water

    • 摘要: 某FPSO生产水闪蒸罐A底部出口管线的盲封头在运行过程中发生了穿孔失效。采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、细菌检测、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对该盲封头穿孔的原因进行了分析。结果表明:该盲封头底部有较多油砂淤积,内壁不均匀附着了多处结块,造成了局部沉积物下腐蚀,沉积物的淤积促进了硫酸盐还原细菌(SRB)繁殖,细菌腐蚀产物的侵蚀作用导致盲封头最终发生穿孔失效。

       

      Abstract: Perforation failure on blind head of bottom exit pipeline of a FPSO flash tank A for production water occurred during service. Perforation causes of blind head were analyzed by macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, bacterial detection, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that oil sands were deposited at bottom of the blind head. Inhomogeneous attachments on the inner wall of blind head resulted in local corrosion under depositions. Sediment deposition promoted SRB reproduction, and the erosion effect of bacterial corrosion products led to perforation failure of the blind head.
