    油缸活塞杆断裂原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Fracture of Cylinder Piston Rod

    • 摘要: 某工程机械油缸活塞杆在使用初期即发生一次性脆性断裂,通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、硬度测试、断口分析及金相检验对活塞杆断裂失效的原因进行了分析。结果表明:热处理工艺不当使该活塞杆中出现网状铁素体和魏氏组织,引起了晶界脆化,加之试样中硫化物类夹杂含量较高,导致活塞杆承受交变载荷的能力下降,最终发生脆性断裂。

       

      Abstract: Brittle fracture of the piston rod of construction machinery cylinder occurred in the early use. Through macroscopic analysis, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, fracture analysis and metallographic examination, the fracture causes of piston rod were analyzed. The results show that ferrite net and widmanstatten structure appeared in the piston rod due to improper heat treatment, which caused grain boundary embrittlement, and there were too much sulfides inclusions in the material. As a result, the ability of piston rod to bear alternating loads decreased and brittle fracture finally occurred.
