    金属材料高温拉伸试验的不确定度评定

    Uncertainty Evaluation of Elevated Temperature Tensile Test for Metallic Material

    • 摘要: 参照金属材料常温拉伸试验结果的不确定度评定方法,对高温拉伸试验的测量结果进行了不确定度评定,提出了由温度波动引入的不确定度的计算方法。结果表明:按照JJF 1059.1-2012进行高温拉伸试验的不确定度评定时,可通过测定试验温度附近不同温度下的力值变化,按线性关系采用最小二乘法得到两者的关系直线,其斜率可用于评估温度波动对试样力值的影响,从而较好地评定高温拉伸试验的不确定度。

       

      Abstract: Uncertainty evaluation of tensile test at elevated temperature for metallic materials was carried out by reference to the uncertainty evaluation method of metals at room temperature, and the calculation method of uncertainty caused by temperature fluctuation was proposed. The results show that when evaluating the uncertainty of elevated temperature tensile test according to JJF 1059.1-2012, the linear relationship between temperature and force can be obtained by the least square method after measuring the force changes at different temperatures near the test temperature, the slope can be used to evaluate the impact of temperature fluctuation on the force of samples, and the uncertainty evaluation of elevated temperature tensile test can be well realized.
