    汽轮机叶片用2Cr12NiMo1W1V不锈钢偏析缺陷成因分析及改善措施

    Cause Analysis and Improvement Measures for Segregation Defects in 2Cr12NiMo1W1V Stainless Steel for Steam Turbine Blade

    • 摘要: 汽轮机叶片用2Cr12NiMo1W1V不锈钢心部易出现偏析缺陷,影响产品合格率。通过试验研究和分析了偏析缺陷产生的原因。结果表明:试验钢出现偏析缺陷是由于其精炼后凝固过程中冷却速度和电渣重熔过程中熔池凝固速度均偏慢。通过改进冶炼工艺,将试验钢浇注温度和电渣重熔速度均降低,可有效改善偏析缺陷。

       

      Abstract: Segregation defects are prone to appeared in the core of 2Cr12NiMo1W1V stainless steel for steam turbine blade, which affects the qualified rate of products. The causes of segregation defects were studied and analyzed by experiment. The results show that the segregation defects in the tested steel was due to the slow cooling rate in the solidification process after refining and the slow solidification rate in the molten pool during electroslag remelting. After improving the smelting process, both the casting temperature and the electroslag remelting speed of the tested steel were reduced, the segregation defects could be improved effectively.
