    某亚临界机组T23钢屏式过热器爆管原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Tube Burst of T23 Steel Platen Superheater in a Subcritical Unit

    • 摘要: 某亚临界机组在停炉检修过程中发现T23钢屏式过热器发生了爆管事故,通过宏观观察、金相检验、扫描电镜分析、力学性能试验、化学成分分析等方法分析了爆管发生的原因。结果表明:机组超温运行,使过热器管道严重脱碳和过度氧化,降低了管子的表面强度和抗疲劳性能,从而导致该T23钢屏式过热器管在高温环境下发生了过载拉伸断裂,引发爆管。

       

      Abstract: A tube burst accident of T23 steel platen superheater was found in a subcritical unit during shutdown and maintenance. The causes of tube burst were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopic analysis, mechanical property test and chemical composition analysis. The results show that the over-temperature operation of the unit resulted in serious decarbonization and over oxidation of the superheater tubes, which reduced the surface strength and fatigue resistance of the tubes. As a result, overload tensile fracture of the T23 steel platen superheater tubes occurred under high temperature environment, which led to tube burst.
