    多孔钨孔结构的测试方法

    Testing Methods of Pore Structure for Porous Tungsten

    • 摘要: 采用3种不同粒度的钨粉经过成型、烧结,制备了不同孔隙率的多孔钨。使用排液法、压汞法、扫描电镜测试了多孔钨的孔结构特征。结果表明:排液法和压汞法结合可获得多孔钨总孔隙率、开孔率、孔径分布、闭孔率等孔结构参数,结合扫描电镜测试可对多孔钨的孔结构进行综合评价。

       

      Abstract: Porous tungsten materials with different porosity were prepared by moulding and sintering of three kinds of tungsten powders with different particle sizes. The pore structure characteristics of porous tungsten were measured by drainage method, mercury intrusion method and scanning electron microscope analysis. The results show that the pore structure parameters of porous tungsten, such as total porosity, open porosity, pore size distribution and closed porosity, can be obtained by the combination of drainage method and mercury intrusion method. Combined with scanning electron microscope analysis, the porous tungsten porous structure can be comprehensively evaluated.
