    固体火箭发动机壳体低压力开裂原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Low Pressure Cracking of a Solid Rocket Motor Case

    • 摘要: 通过化学成分分析、力学性能试验、断口宏微观分析等方法,对某固体火箭发动机壳体水压试验低压力开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:该发动机壳体开裂的性质为低应力下的韧性断裂,开裂的主要原因是发动机壳体外表面局部区域存在微裂纹缺陷。

       

      Abstract: The causes of low pressure cracking during the hydraulic test of a solid rocket motor case were analyzed by chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test and macro and micro fracture analysis. The results show that the cracking property of the motor case was ductile fracture under low stress. The main reason for the cracking was the existence of microcracks in the local area of the motor case outer surface.
