    纤维增强聚合物基复合材料弯曲性能试验国标与美标的对比解析

    Comparis Analysis on National and American Standards for Flexural Property Test of Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Matrix Composites

    • 摘要: 对纤维增强聚合物基复合材料弯曲性能试验标准GB/T 1449-2005和ASTM D7264/D7264M-15从适用范围、原理、设备要求、跨厚比、试样尺寸、失效性判断等方面进行了对比分析,并分别依据两个标准对东丽T300-3k纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料进行了弯曲强度测试对比试验。结果表明:相比GB/T 1449-2005,ASTM D7264/D7264M-15对弯曲性能试验跨距、支座半径及失效性判断的规定更为合理、细致,GB/T 1449-2005缺少失效性判断,且规定的支座半径偏小;依据两个标准测得的弯曲强度平均值分别为927 MPa和966 MPa,变异系数分别为3.60%和3.78%,较低的变异系数说明两种方法均得到了十分稳定的测试数据,但较短的跨距使得依据GB/T 1449-2005测得的弯曲强度比依据ASTM D7264/D7264M-15测得的要低。

       

      Abstract: The flexural property test standards of fiber-reinforced polymer matrix composites GB/T 1449-2005 and ASTM D7264/D7264M-15 were compared and analyzed from the aspects of application scope, principle, equipment requirements, span thickness ratio, specimen size and failure judgment. The flexural strength comparison test was carried out to Toray T300-3k fiber-reinforced epoxy resin composite according to these two standards. The results show that compared with GB/T 1449-2005, ASTM D7264/D7264M-15 is more reasonable and meticulous in the aspects of flexural property test span, bearing radius and failure judgment. GB/T 1449-2005 lacks failure judgment and the specified bearing size is small. The average bending strength measured according to the two standards is 927 MPa and 966 MPa, respectively, and the coefficient of variation is 3.60% and 3.78%, respectively. The lower coefficient of variation indicates that both methods have very stable test data, but the shorter span makes the bending strength measured according to GB/T 1449-2005 lower than that measured according to ASTM D7264/D7264M-15.
