Abstract: As an important part of the Green Circular Economy, the remanufacturing industry is one of the industries strongly encouraged by the "13th Five-Year National Strategic Emerging Industries Development Plan", and a complete remanufacturing standard system is an accelerator that can promote the healthy and sustainable development of the green remanufacturing industry. From the perspective of top-level design, it attempted to put forward and establish a remanufacturing standard system framework which is suitable for the development of China's remanufacturing industry. It pointed out that the remanufacturing standard system framework can be divided into three levels. The first level is basic standards, the second level is cross-industry common standards, and the third level is industry specific standards. In the future development of the remanufacturing industry, it is necessary to formulate a scientific remanufacturing standard system framework and improve it continuously in consideration of China's actual situation.
