    Single Sheet Testing Method of Oriented Electrical Steels

    • 摘要: 对取向电工钢的两种单片测量方法的由来及差异进行了分析,提出直接感应试样磁场强度的H线圈法由于规避了有效磁路长度的影响,是一种可靠的替代方法。对比试验结果表明:使用H线圈法测量的比总损耗、比视在功率等磁性能明显低于使用GB/T 13789-2008推荐采用的SST(92)法测量的,且两者之间的测量偏差与试样材料、厚度、测量条件等显著相关;通常情况下,在工频和磁极化强度为1.5~1.7 T的条件下,H线圈法测量的比总损耗相比SST(92)法测量的低5%~8%,比视在功率低10%~20%。

       

      Abstract: The origin and differences of two single sheet testing methods for oriented electrical steels were studied. It is proposed that the H-coil method which directly senses the magnetic field strength of the sample is a reliable alternative method because it avoids the influence of the effective magnetic circuit length. The comparison test results show that the magnetic properties such as specific total loss and specific apparent power measured by H-coil method are significantly lower than those measured by SST (92) method recommended in GB/T 13789-2008, and the measurement deviation between these two methods is significantly related to the sample material, thickness and measurement conditions. Normally, under the condition of power frequency and magnetic polarization of 1.5~1.7 T, the specific total loss measured by H-coil method is lower than that measured by SST (92) method by 5%~8%, and the specific apparent power is lower by 10%~20%.
