    焊接电流对镍基铌复合堆焊层组织及性能的影响

    Influence of Welding Currents on Microstructure and Performances of Ni-Nb Composite Surfacing Layers

    • 摘要: 采用等离子堆焊技术在Z2CN18-10不锈钢表面制备了添加铌粉的镍基合金堆焊层,并对堆焊层的显微组织、硬度和耐磨性进行了分析,研究了焊接电流对堆焊层组织和性能的影响。结果表明:焊接电流为140 A时,堆焊层中可以较好地析出NbC颗粒,堆焊层具有良好的耐磨性;焊接电流为110 A时,堆焊层硬度可以达到509 HV0.3,但是堆焊层成型不好,耐磨性能也最差;当焊接电流增大到170 A时,堆焊层硬度明显降低,耐磨性相比140 A时的也有所降低。

       

      Abstract: The Ni-based alloy surfacing layers with Nb powders were prepared on the surface of Z2CN18-10 stainless steel by plasma surfacing welding technology. The microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of the surfacing layers were analyzed. The influence of welding currents on the microstructure and performances of the surfacing layers was studied. The results show that when the welding current is 140 A, NbC particles can be precipitated well in the surfacing layer, and the surfacing layer has good wear resistance. When the welding current is 110 A, the hardness of the surfacing layer can reach 509 HV0.3. However, the surfacing layer is not well formed and the wear resistance is also the worst. When the welding current increases to 170 A, the hardness of the surfacing layer is significantly reduced, and the wear resistance is also reduced compared to that under 140 A.
