    某电厂锅炉高温过热器爆管原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Tube Bursting of High Temperature Superheater of Boiler in a Power Plant

    • 摘要: 某600 MW燃煤电厂锅炉内高温过热器管子多次发生爆管,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相检验和微观分析等方法分析了其爆管原因。结果表明:该高温过热器管子长期超温运行,在管子内壁形成了氧化层,氧化层在管子下弯头处沉积使得管子蒸汽流量减少,因此管子受热面温度急剧升高,管子瞬时过热最终发生爆管。

       

      Abstract: The tube of high temperature superheater in a boiler of a 600 MW coal fired power plant had bursted for several times. The causes of tube bursting were analyzed by means of macro observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic examination, micro analysis and so on. The results show that the tube of high temperature superheater ran over temperature for a long time and oxide layer formed on the inner wall of the tube. The deposit of oxide layer at the elbow of the tube reduced the steam flow rate, so the temperature of the heating surface of the tube rose sharply. Transient overheating of the tube eventually resulted in the tube bursting.
