    一种高效准确的疲劳裂纹几何尺寸自动测量方法

    An Efficient and Accurate Automatic Measurement Method for Geometrical Dimensions of Fatigue Cracks

    • 摘要: 在进行常规疲劳试验时,人工测量疲劳裂纹尺寸工作效率低,失误概率高,数据无法进行数字化管理。利用影像测量仪进行裂纹形貌识别,并通过合理安排试样排列顺序和测量顺序,最终实现了疲劳裂纹几何尺寸的自动化大批量测量。实践证明:该自动测量方法可适用于大批量检测需求下的各种金属材料疲劳断裂试样的疲劳裂纹几何尺寸测量。

       

      Abstract: In the conventional fatigue test, manual measurement of fatigue crack size has low work efficiency and high probability of fault, and the data can not be digitally managed. The crack morphology was identified by image measuring instrument, and the geometrical dimensions of fatigue cracks were measured automatically in arranging sequence and order of samples reasonably. The practice show that the automatic measurement method can be used to measure the fatigue cracks geometrical dimensions of various metallic materials fatigue fracture samples under the demand of mass inspection.
