    摆锤刀刃半径对冲击试验结果的影响

    Effect of Pendulum Blade Radius on Impact Test Results

    • 摘要: 在各最新版本的冲击试验标准中,R2R8两种规格的冲击摆锤刀刃都被认可采用,但两者产生的数据差异一直存在很大的争议。以3个标样供货机构的多种标准试样为试验对象,研究了两种摆锤刀刃半径对冲击试验结果的影响。结果表明:对于V型缺口低能量试样,R2R8两种刀刃产生的差别并不会高于标准试样本身均匀度的影响,试验结果与试样本身的性能特征有关;对于弧形试样,采用R8刀刃测得的冲击吸收能量高于采用R2刀刃测得的,且试样韧性越好两者之间差别越大。

       

      Abstract: In the latest version of impact test standards, the impact pendulum blades of R2 and R8 specifications were accepted, but the data difference between them has been controversial. Taking standard samples supplied by three supplier as test objects, the influence of two radius of pendulum blade on impact test results was studied. The results show that for V-notched low energy samples, the difference between R2 and R8 blades was not higher than effect of the uniformity of the standard samples. The experimental results were related to the properties of the samples themselves. For arc samples, the impact absorption energy measured by R8 blade was higher than that measured by R2 blade, and the better the toughness of the samples were, the greater the difference between the two were.
