    选区激光熔化成型GH3536合金的显微组织与拉伸性能

    Microstructure and Tensile Properties of GH3536 Alloy Formed by SLM

    • 摘要: 采用选区激光熔化(SLM)成型技术制备了GH3536合金试样,并对其显微组织与拉伸性能进行了分析。结果表明:SLM成型GH3536合金试样的基体显微组织为奥氏体,试样内部存在明显的微裂纹,纵向和横向的显微组织形貌存在明显不同;该试样纵向的拉伸性能优于横向的,相对于热轧Hastelloy X(GH3536)合金,SLM成型GH3536合金试样的强度较好,但塑性较差。

       

      Abstract: GH3536 alloy samples were prepared by selective laser melting (SLM) and their microstructure and tensile properties were analyzed. The results show that the matrix microstructure of GH3536 alloy formed by SLM was austenite, and there were obvious micro cracks inside the samples. The longitudinal and transversal microstructure of the sample was obviously different. The longitudinal tensile properties of the samples were better than that of the transversal ones. Compared with hot rolled Hastelloy X (GH3536) alloy, the strength of GH3536 alloy samples formed by SLM was better, but the plasticity was poorer.
