    西部某油田井下电泵接头焊缝断裂原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Frature of Joint Weld of a Downhole Electric Pump in a Western Oil Field

    • 摘要: 西部某油田井下电泵使用不到一年即发生接头焊缝断裂失效,采用一系列理化性能检测分析方法,并结合现场实际工况,对电泵接头焊缝断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:防倒块与泵体焊缝显微组织为奥氏体+δ-铁素体,焊接热影响区显微组织为马氏体,其显微硬度高达500 HV0.5左右;异常组织使焊缝脆化,从而导致电泵于接头焊缝处发生低应力脆性断裂。最后提出了优化焊接工艺的建议。

       

      Abstract: Fractured happened to the joint weld of an downhole electric pump in a western oil field after using for less than one year. The fracture reasons of the electric pump joint weld were analyzed by using a series of physical and chemical performance testing methods and considering the actual field working conditions. The results show that the weld microstructure of the anti-back block and the pump body was austenite and δ-ferrite, and the microstructure of the welding heat affected zone was martensite with microhardness of as high as 500 HV0.5. The abnormal microstructure caused the weld embrittlement, and thus led to the low stress brittle fracture of the electric pump at the weld position. Finally, suggestions of optimizing welding process were put forward.
