    再制造工件表面的残余应力分布

    Residual Stress Distribution on the Surface of Remanufactured Workpieces

    • 摘要: 通过电镀和焊接两种方式模拟了工件的再制造过程,研究了电镀处理后工件表面残余应力的变化规律,同时研究了采用X射线衍射法和压痕应变法对焊缝区进行残余应力测试结果的差异。结果表明:随着镀铬层厚度的增加,镀层残余应力先增大后减小,后又增大;采用X射线衍射法和压痕应变法测试得到的焊缝两侧的残余应力变化总体趋势是一致的,但由于测试原理的不同,在不同部位两种方法的测试结果存在不同大小的偏差,且该差异呈现随机性。

       

      Abstract: The remanufacturing process of the workpieces was simulated by two methods of electroplating and welding. The variation law of residual stress on the surface of the workpieces after electroplating was studied. The residual stress measurement results of the welding zone by X-ray diffraction method and indentation strain method were compared. The results show that with the increase of the thickness of the chromium electroplating layers, the residual stress of the coating increased first, then decreased and then increased again. The overall changing tendency of residual stress on two sides of the welding seam obtained by X-ray diffraction method and indentation strain method was consistent, but due to the different test principles, the test results of the two methods had random difference at different positions.
