    X光管用联轴轴承滚道处麻点成因分析

    Cause Analysis on Pockmarks in Raceway of Coupling Bearing for X-Ray Tube

    • 摘要: 某X光管用联轴轴承在装配检验过程中发现滚道处存在麻点,采用宏观分析、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验等方法对麻点产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:该轴承的原材料在铸造过程中冷却速度较慢产生了尺寸过大的大块角状碳化物,在滚道磨削和超精研磨过程中大块角状碳化物剥落,从而在轴承滚道处产生麻点。

       

      Abstract: The pockmarks in the raceway of coupling bearing for X-Ray tube were found during the process of assembly inspection, the formation causes of pockmarks were analyzed by means of macro analysis, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic examination and so on. The results show that the cooling rate of the raw material was slower in casting process, and large bulk angular carbides were produced. In the process of raceway grinding and ultra fine grinding, large bulk angular carbides were peeled off, which resulted in pockmarks on the bearing raceway.
