    Al/BN可磨耗封严涂层镶嵌气泡产生原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Inlaid Bubbles Generation of Al/BN Abradable Seal Coatings

    • 摘要: Al/BN可磨耗封严涂层经湿式砂轮机切割后在浇注环氧树脂镶嵌时产生大量异常气泡,采用微观分析、硬度测试、验证试验等方法对气泡产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:Al/NB可磨耗封严涂层为疏松结构,水基切削液容易被涂层的孔隙和裂缝吸附,从而与金属铝相发生电化学反应,最终在高黏度的环氧树脂中析出铝的氧化物,产生目视可见的气泡。

       

      Abstract: The Al/BN abradable seal coatings were cut by wet grinding wheel, and a large number of abnormal bubbles produced when pouring epoxy resin inlay. The causes for bubbles were analyzed by methods of micro analysis, hardness test, verifying test and so on. The results show that the Al/BN abradable seal coatings were porous structure. Water-based cutting fluids were easily adsorbed by the pores and cracks of the coatings, which resulted in electrochemical reactions with the metal aluminum phase. Finally, aluminum oxide was precipitated in high viscosity epoxy resin and produced visible bubbles.
