    在建110 kV输电线路铁塔塔腿开裂失效分析

    Failure Analysis on Cracking of Tower Leg of a Building 110 kV Transmission Line

    • 摘要: 某110 kV输电线路在基建安装过程中发生铁塔塔腿角钢开裂失效。利用宏观检验、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相检验、断口分析及有限元分析等试验方法对塔腿角钢开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:铁塔塔腿角钢的螺栓孔冲孔工艺不当,在螺栓孔边缘形成较多裂纹,在铁塔安装过程中异常预偏装载荷形成的过载应力作用下,螺栓孔边缘的裂纹扩展并导致角钢开裂失效。最后提出了相应的防控措施。

       

      Abstract: In a 110 kV transmission line, cracking failure of the tower leg angle steel occured during the infrastructure installation. The causes of cracking of the tower leg angle steel were analyzed by macroscopic test, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic test, fracture analysis, finite element analysis and so on. The results show that the punching technology of the bolt hole of the tower leg angle steel was not appropriate, and more cracks formed at the edge of the bolt hole. Under the overload stress formed by the abnormal prebias load during the installation of the tower, the cracks at the edge of the bolt hole expanded and caused cracking failure of the angle steel. Finally, corresponding prevention and control measures were proposed.
