    关于T/P91钢和T/P92钢里氏硬度与布氏硬度换算差异性的物理学解释

    Physical Explanation for the Difference in Conversion of Leeb Hardness and Brinell Hardness between T/P91 Steel and T/P92 Steel

    • 摘要: 基于火力发电厂高温管道用材T/P91钢和T/P92钢里氏硬度与布氏硬度换算数据,并根据两种硬度的物理意义以及材料力学性能特点,构建了简化的应力-应变模型,分析了T/P91钢和T/P92钢在里氏硬度与布氏硬度换算过程中存在的差异,并应用物理学对该差异性进行了解释。同时指出里氏硬度既受试验条件的限定,又受材料物理、力学性能的影响,不同材料的里氏硬度与布氏硬度换算应以试验为基础,是大数据统计与分析的结果,数据积累越多换算结果就越准确。

       

      Abstract: Based on the conversion data of Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness for high temperature pipe material of T/P91 steel and T/P92 steel in thermal power plant, and according to the physical meaning of the two kinds of hardness and the mechanical properties of the material, a simplified stress-strain model was established. The difference in conversion of Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness between T/P91 steel and T/P92 steel was analyzed, and this difference was explained by physics. It was also pointed out that the Leeb hardness was limited by the test conditions, and influenced by the physical and mechanical properties of the materials at the same time. The conversion of Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness for different materials should be based on the experiments, and it was a result of big data statistics and analysis. The more data accumulated, the more accurate the conversion results were.
