Abstract: The new technology and new hardness testing equipments for automobile parts were introduced, including on-site fast hardness tester, large hardness tester, specialized hardness testing system and online automatic hardness testing system. The difference between on-site hardness testing and conventional laboratory hardness testing was analyzed, and it was pointed out that the testing efficiency was the key of on-site hardness testing. The practice shows that online automatic hardness testing system for automobile parts has very high promotion value. This system can solve many problems of online hardness testing of automobile parts. The popularization and application of this system can improve a company's quality assurance level, increase the competitive ability of products in the market, and promote the technological progress of enterprises.
